I build machine learning models and LLM-powered systems end to end, and I like testing them honestly: breaking agent tools on purpose, fine-tuning small models that run on a laptop, and reporting results even when they go against my guess. Research Intern
National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra- Cleaned and analysed a messy real-world dataset of 18,104+ genomes, engineering features and validating data quality.
- Evaluated the model with F1-macro 0.79 and AUROC 0.84.
- Co-authored the paper “Biologically Grounded Explainable Antimicrobial Resistance Prediction Using Knowledge Graphs”, accepted at WABI 2026 (26th International Conference on Algorithms for Bioinformatics).
